Attend a Cricket Match at SuperSport Park (🗺️)
Home of the Momentum Multiply Titans, SuperSport Park provides a fun, laid-back, and family-friendly experience at a low price. Tickets to see a cricket match here can vary, but some options are priced as low as R10. If you want to sit in the shade, grandstand tickets are a must. However, sitting on the grass embankments at a cheaper price is a relaxed experience and ideal for when you bring kids.

If you or your group is on the lookout for an adrenaline-inducing, yet safe adventure, look no further. Acrobranch is a zipline-style obstacle course on treetops with varying levels of difficulty.

Go Roller Skating at Rollercade (🗺️)
Located in Menlyn Mall’s Parking Level 2, this roller skating facility provides a uniquely retro experience to Pretoria. It’s family-friendly with a live DJ and a café on site. People 16 years and older can enjoy the “late fun session” on Fridays and Saturdays from 19:00 to 21:00.

Visit Pretoria Zoo (🗺️)
The Pretoria National Zoological Garden is a must-see for any resident or visitor of the city. The animals to see here include predators like lions, leopards, and wild dogs, smaller animals like monkeys, penguins, and sloths, as well as reptiles and birds you won’t see anywhere else in the city. Not to mention that the zoo also has a small aquarium section for water animals!
The zoo has secure parking at a low fee and guests can either walk through the zoo or rent golf carts to explore with. Most areas and restrooms are also wheelchair-accessible.
The zoo offers unique experiences like nighttime visits and zoo camps, where visitors can camp inside the facility. Standard entry fees are:
- free for children under 2 (and pensioners on pensioners’ day)
- R70 for children and students, and
- R100 for adults.
Race Go-Karts at Dyno Karting (🗺️)
If you’ve ever wished you could drive with the confidence of the average taxi driver, you’ll enjoy this outing. Go-karting at Dyno Karting is thrilling, but only to the extent you want it to be and can be enjoyed by anyone from individuals to big groups.
Pricing starts at R90 and is time-based, so you only need to pay for how long you plan to kart. The track and equipment are well-maintained.
